1. Our products
Every Aeiza Flora piece is handmade. Small differences in size, shape and shade are normal and make each item unique. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. For cash-on-delivery orders, we may ask for a small advance payment to confirm the order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if the details cannot be verified, and any amount paid will be refunded.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Custom orders
Custom and personalised orders are made just for you. Once we start working on them, they cannot be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged.
5. Care and safe use
Our products are decorative and gift items. They are not toys for young children and may contain small parts.
6. Intellectual property
The photos, text and designs on this site belong to Aeiza Flora and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time of your order.
